Pre-Gathering Potluck & Pool Party!

It’s that time of year when we get together with our CMG brothers before the Spring Gathering!  Whether you’re attending the Gathering or not, whip up some grub and bring it  to Studio City for delightful food and delicious men!  Wait, did we get that backwards?  Oh, it’s all the same!  Just feel free to frolic with friends you know, friends you bring, and especially the friends you’ll make at the Pre-Gathering Potluck & Pool Party!

[And yes, we know it’s on Mother’s Day but please leave her at home—she couldn’t take it!]

Sponsored by the CMG Events Committee in Los Angeles (ECLA) all men are welcome [**] and please feel free to bring along a friend you would like to introduce to the CMG.

BRING

potluck!)

Please bring enough to feed yourself and 4-5 others (and any serving utensils) according to the first letter of your last name:
 
A thru F:  please bring a salad or appetizer
G thru M: please bring a main dish
N thru S:  please bring a warm side dish
T thru Z:  please bring a dessert

The EC-LA will supply soft drinks, ice, paper plates, eating utensils, napkins, etc. 

PARKING

Ample free parking is available on the street.

DRESS

Very casual.  Also, the pool is clothing optional.  Bring your own towel.

RSVP

There is no RSVP necessary for this event.  Just bring a dish to share, a towel for yourself, some SPF-15, and come on by!

DONATION REQUESTED

We ask for a $5.00 donation to help cover the costs for our social events and special projects.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

All CMG events are drug free.   This event is also alcohol free.

CMG-LA LOST & FOUND POLICY

Items left at the host’s home will be held by the host for pick-up only. It is your responsibility to make arrangements that are convenient to him for the retrieval of your items.  The items will be held for one month then, thrown away or donated to charity.

If you have never been to one of our social events, this is a great way to find out about the California Men's Gatherings and the many wonderful men who attend our three annual Gatherings and our monthly social events in Los Angeles.

The men who attend our Gatherings and social events are a diverse group of men of varying ages, beliefs, religious traditions, and spiritual practices.   We have differently-abled men and men from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds.   While CMG attendees are predominately gay and bisexual, all men 18 years or older are welcome, including those who are transgender or straight.
