Our group is open to all men. We take turns facilitating the meditation so that many men have an opportunity to mentor other men. We are creating a newcomers’ guide to distribute to the group to explain various meditation techniques and the general flow of the group.
We meet on Sundays from 5:30 - 7:00 PM with the following schedule:

check-in and meditation; our meetings start promptly at 5:30 with a brief check in; the actual meditation may start anywhere from 5:35 to 5:45, depending on the number of men in attendance.
6:30pm

This event is held at a private residence in the Hillcrest area of San Diego. If
