When I am sent an email for the confirmation of my request to subscribe or unsubscribe to the eNotify service, the link doesn't work. I get an error message.
In almost all cases where this has occurred, it's where your email program may have wrapped the link to two lines making the link incomplete and useless as a clickable
item. If you are having this problem, please go here to send the Webmaster a special request and he will handle your request manually.
I have a new email address. How can I get notified of CMG events and workshops under my new address?
Through our automated notification service only you can do this change, we just tell you how to do it. You will need to subscribe yourself under your new email address and then unsubscribe yourself under your OLD email address. Get the instructions here.
How can I sponsor, host, suggest, or promote an event or workshop?
All events and workshops whether they are CMG sponsored or non-CMG sponsored come through the approval of the local Event Committee. If you would like to sponsor, host, suggest, or promote an event or workshop,
visit Contact Us to send an email to the
appropriate Event Committee.
How do I get access to the Login area?
The registrar should add you to the database when you attend a Gathering
in the future or send a link for you to register.
I am on a Planning Committee so why can't I access the
PC Volunteer area?
If you receive a message that you are not authorized
for the planning volunteers area, contact your Board Representative
because he must submit a list of volunteers before you can have
access to that area.
I meet the requirement so why can I not login yet?
We have volunteers working to add everyone to the database who has
attended a Gathering in the last three years but you may find you
are not added until the next time you attend a Gathering.
How do I recover my password or username?
There are links on the login screen to have them sent to
your registered email address automatically. If you don't know either then
start by requesting your username. You will need to know
the email address used when you registered to obtain your username. Once
you have your username you can request the password.
I have my correct information so why can't I login?
Check to see that your caps lock is not on and that your data is
being entered with the proper case. Your
browser must also be set to accept cookies from our Web site in
order to create a session on a Microsoft server. If
a session can not be created then you will be prompted to login
over and over without success or error message. Test
your cookie settings or get more information about how to fix
this problem with your browser. Some public computers may
restrict the use of cookies.
How do I change my username?
You can change all of your information except your username.
In extreme cases we may be willing to create a new record for you with a different username.

Why do I get an "inactive" error when I login?
If you have not attended a gathering in the last three years
your record may expire automatically. Your record may also
expire sooner if the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete
according to your registration or payment data.
Can I be removed from the Login database?
If you do not wish to be included in the database for some reason you may
request to be removed by contacting our Data Manager
or the Webmaster.
Is my username and password cAsE sEnsItiVe?
Yes! Check your caps lock and capitalization.
What if I forget to logout?
Your session will expire
after 20 minutes of inactivity or when you quit your browser.
You should also be aware that secure pages you view are stored in
the computer memory "cache" and may be viewed again until
you quit your browser even of you logout. This is standard
with all browsers and computers.
