Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the activities of the organization, distribution of funding and making major policy decisions. The officers are elected and have a two-year term limit while other positions are appointed by the board or committees. Our events and Gatherings are created entirely by self-selected volunteer planning committees and not by the Board of Directors. Officers are elected by our voting members during the Annual Business Meeting.
