Weekly Group Meditation - San Diego
EVERY Sunday at 5:15 pm for over two years

Join together for peace, introspection, and breathing...with like-minded men!

DATE: Every Sunday

TIME: 5:15 to 7pm (includes some social time)

LOCATION: Usually in Hillcrest. See description.

RSVP: First time only at MeditationSD@thecmg.org. After that, just dropping in is fine.

EVENT COST: This is a free event.

DESCRIPTION: For over two years, the CMG meditation group has met without fail on Sunday afternoons. Each week, they rotate whose turn it is to lead. Some lead with music, some lead with guided imagery, some lead with recordings, and some lead silence. The actual meditation time is about 30 minutes, followed by a time of sharing in the group.

Whether you are new to meditation or have done it for years, the coming together in peace can be a powerful change from time alone, allowing for introspection in community.

Because the location changes and the Meditation Group is primarily self-run within the CMG community, they maintain their own mailing list to let people know where the next event will be (usually in or near Hillcrest).

NOTE: As new people join the CMG community all year long, you may receive a note like this a couple of times a year to make sure everyone is aware of this weekly event.

All CMG events are drug free. This event is also alcohol free.
