It is the policy of California Men's Gatherings Inc. that your private information not be shared unless you specifically authorize it, we receive a court order or if you abuse our Web site.
We may provide your postal address to a mailing house for the purpose of honoring your request for information with the stipulation that it not be shared or retained for future use. We may publish your information in a directory provided to gathering attendees which specifically states "For Personal Use Only" however you can opt out of the directory or restrict what information appears. We may also collect your IP address and host data when you visit our Web site for security purposes. The use of cookies is covered under this policy. Some or all of your personal data may be stored electronically online however no warranty is made against unauthorized access.
Information you submit for publication to our newsletters or Web site becomes the property of the California Men's Gatherings Inc. and may be used or disclosed at our discretion.
Your personal information can be deleted from our database upon written request however you will no longer receive notice of our events and gatherings. Dispute resolution is provided by www.bbb.org. Privacy policy updated Saturday August 23, 2003.
