You may cancel your ticket through the date/time shown on the invitation. A $50 fee will be deducted from your refund. There are no refunds after that date. Payments that are made with credit/debit cards or with Zelle will have refunds processed within a couple of days of the request. Payments made by check will take longer since we’ll need to mail a refund check to you.
If you must cancel your attendance, consider the popular and much-appreciated option of “Sending a Man to Camp.” We’ll convert your event fees to a donation. This will accommodate a man who otherwise couldn’t attend at all, and might provide a tax-deduction for you. Or, if you know someone who can use it or was planning on going and hasn’t paid yet, you can transfer your Event Fee to his specific registration. You and he work can out the deal on your end. Reach out to us with his name so we can give you and him the details and procedure.
If we do sell out, it creates the one exception to the no-refund rule: If we do have a waiting list for this Gathering and we CAN sell your spot, we’ll refund the balance minus the $50 fee − but there is no guarantee that there will be a waiting list. This also applies to upgraded rooms. We WILL try and resell that upgrade for you and refund that part of your payment.
No-shows at camp are not eligible for refunds.
